Yes - but like any glassware, liquids expand and can crack the glass. I would use this for casseroles and such. Not to store purely liquids.

I like that I can use this glass dish to create meals and save them for later in the fridge. I also can serve hot food from it, and I can wash them in the dishwasher with no issues. These four glass dishes are thick, sophisticated, and practical in size for work lunches. Most of all, these lids on them are some of the best lids I've come across. They stay on and I think it's because glass bowls don't change shapes in the dishwasher the way plastic does. I am officially a fan of the glass containers now.

I love this set of bakeware.  I bought it specifically for the microwave. I've been using it for about a week or two and I have no complaints.  Nice assortment of sizes. Covers fit well.   With the holidays coming, I'll be using it a lot in the regular oven and microwave. Keeps leftovers fresh also.  Use at table w/o covers .
I have a single piece like the  3-Cup which I purchased a few years ago and it is nice to add that piece to it.
 This is also an excellent gift  to leave under the Christmas tree! (or for any occasion)

First at all, I love Pyrex products. I guess this set was not properly passed by quality control. The edge are not even, and are sharp to touch. It's disappointed that the set is not should be. In all fairness the pyrex line is the best to keep food or pre- prep meals

I really like this set but one of the rectangular pieces came shattered.  Very frustrating.   Perhaps better packaging would prevent this since it seems to be a prevalent issue.  Disappointing.

Broken glass

I recently bought this set, and I definitely love the fact that these are glass and you can always see what your leftovers are.  I recently used one of these dishes to bake a shepherds pie.  It baked just fine, and I took the dish out and set it on the top of my corian/glass stove top, and within a minute or two the dish exploded, throwing glass shards all over my kitchen.  These are not safe for any kind of baking or reheating!  The box says "Preheated Oven Safe Glass Container" and it also mentions "Avoid extreme temperature changes".  I have read several other reviews where people had the same experience heating something in the microwave.   Best to stay away unless you know you will only use them for storage in your refrigerator.

Imperfections

Such poor quality - my glass Pyrex shattered as soon as I put WARM food into the container. I read warnings online about how "extreme heat differences" can cause glass to shatter. However, I was confident that Pyrex could surely withstand warm food... learned my lesson. Recently, Pyrex changed the formulation of their glass from borosilicate to soda-lime - this downgrade in quality is much to blame for all the glass-shattering stories we've been reading online.
