Great working iHome bundle stickvac   autovac

Really deserves a 3.5. I got this during Black Friday for $150. I think that's probably what it's worth. The stickvac does not hold a charge very long and does feel quite cheap. The vacuum pressure on it is just ok. It works for my small house and is handy using it to clean up dust. The robot vacuum is meh as well. I'm not sure if this is the same way with all robot vacuums, but it requires a good amount of attention. All tassels, cords, shoe strings must be cleared from the floor, otherwise it will get tangled. I have a dog with moderate shedding and have to empty it a handful of times each time it cleans.  It's weird bc it will sometimes go over a spot of hair and not pick anything up, but ultimately when I empty it there is def a lot of dust and hair picked up.  It has trouble sometimes finding it's way home and I don't understand what the mapping feature is, as it doesn't seem to retain it for each cleaning. Still it does seem to clean the place better than me just sweeping. The swirly brushes seem to do a good job getting dust and hair out of corners.  The app works well too. It's great that it can go under a bed and clean there.

Kinda works, kinda doesn't

they made the ihome bundle with SV1 cordless stick vacuum and the iHRV4 autovac juno sound like a great deal and even when i got the  package it seemed great but the power shuts down on high suction on the stick SV1 vacuum after like 10 minutes even though it has a full charge. its like it gets overload on high suction power usage because if i turn ot back on, it shows fully charged on the battery level indicator. it only stays running while on normal suction. blush the roller brush gets tangled with hair too quickly. and the stick vacuum attachments get stuck on the vacuum at the attachment points where it clicks in. its difficult to line it up abd to click into place and even more awkward and difficult to detach. if it werent for those issues, i would not have been upset with the autvac juno but i love how bright the light on it is and i can see everything i missed with a regular non-lighted vacuum, but then when i used the auto vac juno model iHRV4. the manual did not say to press the brushes in until they clicked into place so i kept trying to use it offline which was ok until the turning brushes brished up against something and kept popping off. also the manual that comes with it specifically identifies the model as iHRV4 and that it comes with a powermop option on this model and that although it does not come with the mopping attachment, it claims i can purchase the mopping attachment separately and i can alternate between using the dustbin attachment it comes with or change the dustbin out to the mopping attachment. so out of curiosity, i called ihome customer service for details on where to find replacement filters for later and where to purchase the mopping attachment because i didnt see them on the website and could not find anything specifically for the iHRV4 model autovac juno on ihome websote. the customer service agent at ihone said that my model must be an older model and that it does not come with a mopping attachment. i reiterated that i know it does not come with one but that the manual says i can buy one and she said it doesnt have that available for my model and that i would have to get the new autovac juno or another model that comes with it to get mopping attachment if i want it on an autovac....  i did figure out how to pop the turning brushes on all the way on the autovac but i am highly disapponted that i didnt use the black friday deal on something else..  im considering returning the  bundle. i dont know yet. maybe if they have the mopping attachment for the iHRV4 autovac juno available as advertised as a feature for this juno on their site and on walmarts site and if they can resolve the power issue and attachment difficulties on the stick SV1 vacuum i may consider keeping it. i dont know yet.. .

The Juno has frequent sensor abnormalities straight out of the box and after a full charge. You need to constantly reset it, it's more of a toy than an assisted vacuum. If an animal or individual walks by it while it's working it will throw off its cleaning algorithm and send it cleaning in circles until the battery dies. But yet you get what you pay for so I'd recommend this to someone with a small apartment with wood or non carpet floors. If your looking to have this for your house I would strongly suggest researching a more premium auto vac. I was fooled by all the paid reviews on their website. Would not buy twice but it turned out to be a fun toy for the kids

Stick vac is cool, Juno has a lot of problems

Used like 3 times and both vacuum s don t work anymore and also the one auto vac doesn't have a mop so don't expect it also letting y'all kno I have no animals or kids and have all white everything

Stopped working the 3rd time around

Both the robotic and handheld vacuum does not charge after one use. The vacuum itself does not work and it does not charge. I was looking forward to giving this a chance but this products suck. I will invest in another brand than iHome. I plan on calling the iHome customer service for a manufacturers warranty.

Products suck

Extremely poor quality.  Returning.  Don't be fooled by the incentivized reviews.  Total waste of plastic.  The stick vac is just ok, the floor vac is horrific.  It literally just cleans the same diagonal pattern over and over.

Just pay for better quality!
