We've since made French toast, bacon and egg breakfast as well ask grilled chicken breast. My hubby can't stop raving about how much he loves it. The construction is a very heavy and durable stainless steel. It has not bowed or dented. The bottom is coated with what looks like a fire retardant spray so it does not turn black from the flame. I would highly recommend this griddle. There is no end to what you can cook on it. Well worth the price. A+

I purchased this instead of a flattop grill. It is plenty big for me, and works just as good. Just treat it like any carbon steel skillet, and it will give great results!Season it properly first! I cooked eggs, burgers, you name it! I like how it is reinforced on the underside, eliminating any warping issues.

Awesome griddle!

It is a good heavy griddle, only problems are the handle screws are not the proper type, ( should be pan head not countersink) this causes the head to protrude out and catches food.
the drain hole needs a plug when used on stove top.

It said stainless steel however started showing sign of rusting! Not sure it's keeper!

Griddle had numerous black spots, came in brown cardboard box with no paperwork.  Had very hard time getting hold of customer service.  For the price paid would like something that looked nice.
