Well worth the money. Sweep your floors good and then steam. It's not a mop. This is where some go wrong thinking they can just steam their floors. LoL. If used properly, it works  very well.

I love this hardwood steamer, it practically drives itself. Very user friendly and lightweight! My floors look brand new!!No more dull looking floors 😃

If you have hardwood or tile and have pets, kids, or families who work outdoors and track in mud.. this is for you! This mop literally is so smooth and easy, lightweight, and gets more than just surface dirt. I'll never use a mop and bucket again now that I have this. I wish I had this years ago.

Amazing and so worth it!

This steam mop is phenomenal. One bottle of water and my floors are clean. 
No detergents needed. At all. Pop on the spinning  microfiber pads, fill the reservoir with bottled water only, set the cleaning level, and the way you go. 
The steam and the spinning motion of the microfiber pads clean the floor quickly, thoroughly and easily. Put the pads in the washing machine and they are ready to reuse again. It even cleaned up the mess from the last time I tried to mop the floors in my kitchen. 
For the first time, floor shines like new…!
Very easy to maneuver in small places like bathroom. Big ergonomically designed handle. Would work very well in small mobile home spaces. Has swivel and pivot action steering.

Super easy floor care.

Like that you use distilled water. I have used it on my wood, ceramic, marble and porcelain floors. Ceramic is the easiest , just go over the floor and let it dry. Wood floors- I steam clean then go over with the Bona wood cleaner and they look beautiful. Porcelain I steam clean then go over with microfiber push broom to get rid of the little bit of steam film.

This works great! I vacuum then hit the house with this bad boy! I have kids, their friends and dogs so my floors are always a hot mess! This leaves everything nice and clean! Definitely worth it!

Was so excited to get my new steam cleaner . I opened mine same day and put it together ok and cleaned my kitchen. It was easy to use. I used an entire tank.  Floor was cleaned the week before.  Unfortunately I then went over with a swifter wet pad and the picture below shows just how dirty the floor still is. Will try it one more time but I will probably return

Was so excited to get steam cleaner

Item was delivered on February 9th.  I used it 4-5 times over a 40 day span and it stopped working completely the next time I turned it on.  If you plug it in, the blue light flashes, but it will not start or change modes.  I checked the manual on this and nothing.  Checked online, they say contact Shark Support which just refers you to the an online version of the manual.

The return window on this item ends at 30 days, so buyer beware.  I feel like this company just stole $140.00 from me.  Please don't let yourself be duped.

Stopped Working After 40 Days...Buyer Beware

Purchased what I thought was a brand new Shark Steam and Scrub, however when Walmart delivered it, it was apparent it was either a floor model or a customer return as the manufacturer's box was ripped across three sides and opened and then taped back together to put the item back in for resell.

Buy new - appears used

Not sure if this happened from delivery or store but the box has a huge hole in it.  Also hate that it is shipped in original box. Nothing to keep it from destroying the actual product.
