It was amazing for 151 dollars

I absolute love the hoop itself! Feels sturdy, good quality, the whole family loves it. The only reason I giving a 4-star is the instructions could have been more detailed. Each piece is marked and instructions say to connect piece D with piece 5 using piece A1 screws BUT they don’t explain which direction piece 5 needs to be facing. I had to go back and undo pieces several times because they were put together facing the wrong way and you don’t realize it until you are further along on another step

Great quality hoop!

The goal post is impossible to get straight.  The three bars that make up the post aren't secured and can't be straightened up.  It's supposed to tighten with the screws on the back but it doesn't.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift in 2023. It has been through a couple rain storms and I was hoping it would withhold. Unfortunately I can't bring it in every time it rains so now I'm suffering with the consequences. I definitely don't see this goal lasting a year.

Poor Quality

The middle pole of the basketball hoop is damaged and obling on one end. I began the assembly and now cannot proceed because of the damaged pole. I would really appreciate better quality assurance from Walmart's suppliers so that items like this don't get shipped out to the customers.

We just put this together and were disappointed with how poorly it is made. It wobbles and the plastic on the base is very thin. The base, pole, and backboard aren't aligned and there are only two screws that hold the poles in place. My son shot a few hoops and the backboard plexiglass peeled away from the frame!  He played for less than 15 minutes!  So disappointed!!!  This was supposedly a $411 hoop on sale for $150. No way!  The reviews for this product were great, but I'm seriously questioning if the reviews were legitimate.

Junk!

I bought this item for my kids for Christmas. I live in Pennsylvania so I didn't open the product until March due to the weather. Of course now I can't return this item even though it came damaged. The middle pole was so bent it didn't fit into the bottom pole and it had to be hammered in. The back board was Cracked and one of the screws stripped through and broke the plastic because the material is so cheap. You can also see the big blobs of glue. Also, after filling it with water, I moved it to the end of the driveway and again the material is so cheap the pavement already scratched a while in it (from moving it just a few feet) there is a whole in it and it's leaking. This is the worst product I've ever bought. I'm emailing the manufacturer but Walmart isn't allowing a return. So I literally night this for nothing. I'

Product is very cheap and came damaged

We assembled the unit as instructed. It was a two person project, but not difficult. We put it in the driveway and filled the base with two 16oz BaseGel Polymer AND put concrete blocks on top of the base for extra security.

Unfortunately, the until still fell over in the wind which resulted in the backboard's adhesive coming undone and the backboard itself pulling off the metal frame.

The main pole came warped. I contacted the seller.. which is not Walmart.. and they are offering me 30 dollars refund so that I can take the poor somewhere and have it reshaped. I don't even know who would reshape a pole.. honestly more hassle then what it is worth and next time I'll buy from a sporting goods store.

Pole arrived warped

Purchased Dec 10th and it arrived fairly quickly. This was a Christmas gift for my average size 9 year old boy. This is complete JUNK!!! Its literally falling apart out of the box and missing pieces. Poles and rim are ALL BENT/WARPED. Backboard plexiglass is coming apart from the frame. Backboard frame is already broken. This is VERY small, flimsy and NOT easy to adjustable the height. The net was already frayed and coming unraveled. Do not recommend this product for kids over 5 years old or for outdoors.
