I recently purchased this set of chairs and have to say they are amazing. I had a similar custom set that was made of aluminum that cost $1600. This is not up to that standard but is a great set for the price. Set up is easy but will take two people at least 30 minutes as there are lots of nuts and bolts to screw in. The great thing is that the parts are all separated and clear instructions on how to put chairs together. Once the chairs were together they were super comfortable. The do swivel but do not rock. However there is a little rock in them if you lean back. As these are made of steel I would be careful putting them near a pool or salt water environment. 
The look, Fit and finish are really amazing for the price.

Great Patio Set!

We just got these chairs and were a little nervous with not having many reviews but was pleasantly surprised. 
Pros: appear very well made, easy step by step instructions with pictures and the correct tools (yay!), stylish design, price, and comfort.
Cons: don't rock, weight limits
Overall: for the price of this set, it was a great purchase and would buy again!

Happy with these chairs

Fantastic deal! 4 chairs for around 200.00. The come completely disassembled so you need to be someone who can put things together. All the holes weren't perfect but was able to get them assembled. They look really nice and the arm rails fit nicely under the table.

Can somebody tell me how to remove the round base connected to these Grand Leisure Hans chairs? I'd like to disassemble for storage storage.

5 stars for the careful and intelligent packaging system of the nuts, bolts, washers, and tools needed to assemble the chairs!  They not only have fool-proof packaging for the items, but they also included extras in case you lose a couple small pieces while assembling the chairs.  The instructions are well done, the tools are sturdy, and customer service is responsive if you need to consult them.  Some warnings:  1)  Do NOT  tighten any bolts until the chair seat is completely put together; you need the flexibility of moving the pieces until all of the holes line up neatly before you tighten all of the bolts.  2)  Pay attention to the fact that the chairs have a 225 pound load limit.  If you have large, husky friends, these may not be the right patio chairs for you.  3)  These are swivel chairs, not rockers.   They "feel" as if they need axle grease or a lubricant on the post which holds up the seat.  Because the mesh seat dries quickly after a rain, they are much easier to care for than chairs which need cushions.   One final word: The set of 4 chairs sat in my cart for 2 weeks before I decided to definitely get them, because money is precious.   I am so glad that I decided to purchase these.

Good value for cost, worth the effort to assemble

The chairs are very nice and come with great tools to put them together, however one of the bases for the chair was bent and not able to use it. I called the number included with the chairs was told I have to send copy of receipt and picture of the damage, I did send an email with both requirements, now waiting for a reply.

Assembly was difficult as it requires strength. 2 of the chair backs had grease stains out of the box.

They came in a box that was super heavy. FedEx of course delivered it to my neighbor instead of me and I'm pregnant and couldn't carry it myself. 
The chairs come carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and nothing was damaged or missing. The most time consuming part was taking the bubble wrap off all the parts. Assembly took around 2 hours for my husband. 
The chairs are well made and good quality. I was afraid my kids were going to play with the swivel function and make them into carousels but they only swivel with weight on them and you have to use some force to make them turn so I was happy with that. 
I gave 4 stars because they could be a little roomier and a little more comfortable but for the price they are still worth it.

Good

The set appears very nice upon opening the box, but as soon as I started putting it together, noticed flaws. The holes did not line up very straight making it hard to put the chairs together and the fabric does not seem very durable. Also, the seat is very narrow. I'm 5'10” and 200 lbs and felt like I was squeezed in. After taking a few rocks on the chair, I got out. It felt like I was going to break it. 

If you're using this set for decor, it's great. Very pretty. If you're actually using it for daily use, I'd look elsewhere.

Looks great, but not durable

I like the style of chair.  I finished putting the 3rd one together and the ribbon popped out of the seat.  This happened on another order of these chairs.  They are to expensive to keep replacing.
