The Expert 5 Burner Gas Grill w/ Side Burner is so far great. It not only looks awesome it grills great. I haven't had a chance to use it only twice as it's been raining and my husband had just found time to assemble it. The assembly was not difficult , took only about 1 hour to assemble once all parts were removed from well packed box and all were checked, that took longer than actual grill assembly ! The grill itself has exactly what it states , 5 burners on the inside grill all controlled individually by their own knob (which has from low to high) and this grill has a temperature gauge too. The burners are each 10,000 BTU and a side burn burner which is really nice for cooking anything from veggies to soups. 
 Lets write about the grill itself : The grilling surface / grids are cast iron , the front face panel where knob controls are and the cover are stainless steel panels, the rest is made of a sturdy well quality made steel/black coated. I like that it has a space to keep the LP tank , it goes inside the doors below the grill.
One of the best features are the removable burner covers and grease tray , which make for easy cleaning. My old grill had neither. 
I really like the 3 hooks on the L side of surface top (work space) that holds my grilling utensils. 
Easy to move as all 4 wheels swivel , no pick up and push necessary. 
 The grill ignites immediately and heats up very fast. It cooks evenly and I love that you can cook up to 5 different foods at the same time but at different temps or all at the same if cooking for a crowd. This grill is quality made and very unique in style , a great addition to any patio or deck. Happy Grilling !

Great Looking and Grillin'

The Expert Grill 5 Burner Gas Grill with Side Burner is very easy to assemble with very good instructions. It took about 3 hours to assemble. This grill is quite big, but it is not bulky. The parts are very lightweight, so I rated durability a "4". This attractive grill looks regal on my deck! I'm not crazy about using propane, but my husband says it is so much quicker and easier than the charcoal grills. There are 5 stainless steel burners on top of the grill as well as another stainless steel burner on the side for side dishes. All of the cooking grates are heavy duty cast iron. There is a removable drip tray under the burners in the compartment that holds the propane. The easy-to-use dials make it extremely easy to operate the grill, as simple as your kitchen oven. Clean up is a breeze with the easy to remove drip pan, the removal casters that can be cleaned and stored, and the stainless steel lid. The only item you need to make this complete is a nice cover.

Many features, lightweight

Dropped off on sidewalk in front of house and not on porch where we thought it would be delivered. It was raining and we were not home. Box was very wet not holding together as we unboxed. Two big dents on each corner of bottom portion of top grill. We will keep however. Otherwise nice grill. Will update once we use it.

5 burner Grill

Hood was dented on the back side from typical Walmart box handling. Didn't notice until it was fully assembled. Considering my time constraints, it wasn't worth returning. Easy assembly. Decent instructions. 

Heats up fast and cooks evenly. I like it.

Upon assembling the grill noticed that the back panel was dented in two different places causing grill rack not to sit properly inside or aligning properly for other parts to fit flesh against other parts of the grill

The main reason I bought this grill was for the warranty but that wound up being a mistake.  I have had the grill for 5 months now covered on a patio and it has started to rust on both the stainless lid and the grill body itself. After a month of no one returning calls or emails I finally got the word today that rust is not covered on the warranty. Rust, which is prevalent on cheap metals, is not covered by the warranty so do NOT mistakenly think that it is, which is a huge disappointment. What is covered? I don't know but the main issue with grills is rust and corrosion and it is NOT covered so buyer beware. Don't let your Next Grill be a NexGrill which is the manufacturer of this grill, among other brands as well.  Do your research.

Expensive in the long run

This is the second grill I put together in 3 days. The first one I put together the sides were damaged and I didn't know until the end. I had to return to the store almost completely put together. The second one looks ok put after I put it together and slid the iron grates on I noticed the black back wall of the grill was pealing already. Nice looking grill but Walmart doesn't seem to protect the packaging and 2 grills are damaged

Disappointed with Walmart and packaging

Wouldn't recommend this grill, reassembling it and there's a missing part on the side grill, of course I called costumer service and didn't help me at all. How can we use the aide burner if there's missing piece on it. Walmart give me a full refund.

Missing part

Did a pickup order last week. Decided to assemble it tonight. Once I got all the packing and boxes out I noticed the grill itself is bent and has clear-signs  of being dropped from a distance

Waist of time. Grill had damage once I opened the box. Walmart only provided me with a return/refund option. Had to drive the bulky uncomfortable box back.
