Online Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Stylesforless.com! The policy described below applies ONLY to online purchases made through Stylesforless.com
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the listed shipped date. In the rare instance that your item(s) arrive defective, they must also be returned within this time frame. A refund will be processed for all qualifying customer returned merchandise.
*Please note all qualified return items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn.
• All original labels and tags must be attached.
• Please include your original order invoice with your return item(s). Worn/washed items, items containing stains from wear, or items missing their original tags will be denied and returned to you at your expense.
• Footwear must be returned in their original box, and placed inside an additional shipping box. Footwear returned without their original box, or returned using the original box as the shipping box will be rejected and returned at the buyer’s expense.
*Original shipping fees are not refundable. A 20% restocking fee applies only to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or returned due to an “undeliverable address”.
We do not currently offer exchanges as many of our items sell out very quickly. Should you need a different size or color, simply place a new order for the alternate item. You can return any eligible items separately by following the return process.FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All gift cards, VIP Cards, cosmetics, lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, hats and items marked as sale (items ending in .00) are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. If any of the mentioned final sale items are returned, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Steps to complete your return:
1. All packages include a “Return Form,” an order invoice, and your merchandise. Fill out the “Return Form” completely and accurately, by listing return reason code and return quantity. Please indicate the items you are returning by placing a check mark in the Return box.
2. Pack and seal the merchandise with the “Return Form.” *Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

4. Returns are processed within 7 business days upon receipt. You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed and credited. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Online Returns to stores:
You may return qualifying merchandise from an online purchase to any of our in-store locations. Please keep in mind our in-store return policy is different than the above listed online-store policy. What you will need:
• Please bring your original invoice included within your package as your proof of purchase at time of in-store exchange.
• Please note that *Returns of online merchandise in-store are valid for even exchange or store credit only.
IN-STORE ONLY RETURN POLICY:
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all of our customers, if an unreasonable return pattern is identified through electronic analysis, we may restrict or refuse future returns at Styles For Less and Stylesforless.com
