Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at! The policy described below applies ONLY to online purchases made through

1. FINAL SALE: All Gift Cards, VIP Cards, cosmetics, lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, hats and items marked as Sale (items ending in $.00) are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
2. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and be accompanied by the original return form and receipt. Worn/washed items, items containing stains from wear, or items missing their original tags will be denied a refund and will be returned to you at your expense. Footwear must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box. Footwear returned without their original box, or returned using the original box as the shipping box will be rejected and returned at the buyer's expense. Original shipping fees are not refundable. A 20% restocking fee applies only to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. In the rare instance any items arrive defective, they must also be returned within this time frame.

Return of Online Purchase

1. All packages include a “Return Form,” an order invoice, and your merchandise. Fill out the “Return Form” completely and accurately, by listing return reason code and return quantity. Please indicate the items you are returning by placing a check mark in the Return box. 
2. Pack and seal the merchandise with the “Return Form.” Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

4. Allow 2-3 weeks from return date for processing and 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your account statement.

Returns to stores

1. Since our stores are not capable of processing online returns, you will need to bring the original invoice with your merchandise at the time of the exchange. 
2. Returns are for store credit only.


1. We do not offer exchanges since many of our items sell out so fast. Should you need a new size, simply place a new order for the item you need. You can return any eligible items separately by following the “Return of Online Purchase” steps.

Styles For Less IN-STORE Exchange Only Policy

  • In view of our everyday low prices, Styles For Less offers the following Exchange Only policies for merchandise (bathing suits & undergarments are final sale items) being returned in new condition
  • Merchandise returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase, a store exchange or Store Credit will be offered for the value shown on the receipt.

  • Merchandise being returned without a receipt, and / or after 30 days with receipt, a store exchange or Store Credit will be offered for current store value.

  • Store Credits never expire & are valid at all locations, Gift Cards never expire & are valid at all locations. Lost, misplaced or stolen Store Credits or Gift Cards are not replaceable

VIP Card Discount Policy

  • VIP Card holders receive a 10% off regular priced items discount & a 1 time 20% Birthday Discount off regular priced items. Please keep in mind the 20% Birthday Discount is currently discontinued from online purchases at this time.
  • All VIP discounts begin the day after the VIP Card purchase date
  • The VIP Card must be presented to the cashier at time of purchase to receive VIP discount 
  • VIP Cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen
  • Purchases made with a VIP discount cannot be combined with any other in store offer, promotion or discount.
